Il modello ha 70,5 cm di apertura alare ed e' lungo 60 cm. Al momento della foto pesa esattamente 95 grammi. Model of experimental aeroplane Me P 1092, which I am building from extruded polystyrene and Depron for a friend from Rome. The model has a wingspan of 70.5 cm, and is 60 cm long. In this photo, it weighed 95 grammes. la particolarita' di questo modello e' che sara' propulso da un motore "Jetex", a razzo. Il motore, che funziona con pastiglie di combustibile solido, ha una autonomia che arriva fino a 36 secondi e fornisce una spinta di oltre 160 grammi. Ogni pastiglia fornisce una autonomia di 12 secondi circa, e nel motore ce ne stanno fino a tre. Il peso del motore Jetex e' di circa 100 grammi, al pieno di combustibile. The special thing about this model is its rocket propulsion, using a “Jetex” motor. The motor, which uses tablets of solid propellant, gives about 36 seconds’ worth of flight, and a thrust of more than 160 grammes. Each tablet burns for about 12 seconds, and in a motor you can fit up to three. il Jetex, motore a razzo a combustibile solido, con la sua basetta per il fissaggio sul modello, e sulla destra, il leggerissimo tubo di alluminio che serve ad incrementare la spinta sfruttando l'effetto "Venturi". Il peso in ordine di volo del modello, si aggira quindi attorno a 260 grammi.
